How far is the hotel from the beach?
Pierre Hotel is just 200 meters from the beach. The walk among the tree-lined avenues is a pleasant morning ritual.
From what time is the room available on the day of arrival?
We guarantee the delivery of the room by 2 pm but feel free to arrive at the hotel in the early morning. You can take advantage of the communal areas and lunch while we will endeavor to vacate the room as soon as possible.
Is the wi-fi service free?
Yes, in our hotel you can benefit from the free wi-fi in the room and throughout the property
Is parking available?
Hotel Pierre has two parking lots: one, uncovered, inside the courtyard at a cost of €10 per day; the other, covered, 500 meters from the hotel at a cost of €15 per day.
Are pets welcome at the hotel?
Small-size pets are welcome both in the room and on the beach. They are not allowed inside the restaurant. To be able to have lunch and dinner with your pet, please submit a request at the time of booking to reserve a table on the veranda.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, most rooms have a hairdryer.
Only in some, for technical reasons, it was not possible to install it on the wall. In case you need it, enquire the reception, we have one for each room.

Is it possible to access the rooftop terrace?
On the third floor, we have a magnificent panoramic terrace, with sun loungers and whirlpool bath. You have free access from 9 am to 7 pm. Pets are not allowed on the terrace.
If my room has no balcony, where can I hang out clothes and costumes to dry?
Each floor has a common terrace equipped with special drying racks available for all guests on the floor.
Do you have bicycles available?
Hotel Pierre offers 6 bicycles (some with child seats) available from 9 am to 7 pm for a maximum period of 3 hours. It is not possible to book them in advance and a deposit of € 5 is required to be paid at the time of pick-up.
Restaurant
How is our restaurant service organized?
At Hotel Pierre you will find table service for both lunch and dinner, from the appetizer to the dessert. At the buffet there are always plenty of vegetables to make your salad and fresh bread from our own production, both white and 10-grain. Here, you can enjoy genuine traditional recipes and local ingredients.
Does the hotel cater for special dietary needs?
Tell us about any food intolerances or allergies and our staff will pay the utmost attention.
What are the restaurant's opening hours?
The meal times are as follows: breakfast from 7.30 to 10am, lunch from 12.30 to 1.30pm, dinner from 7.30 to 8.30pm.
If we arrive in the morning can we use the restaurant for lunch?
Our packages include lunch on the arrival day and breakfast on the day of departure, while non-consumed meals can be replaced with packed lunches.
Are high chairs available in the restaurant?
Yes, our hotel freely offers high chairs during meals for the safety of children and the peace of mind of their parents.

Is there an area where children can play?
Yes, Pierre Hotel provides a small room with games for the little ones inside the hotel and an outdoor corner inside the courtyard.
Is children’s entertainment provided?
At Pierre Hotel we offer a babysitting service during lunch and dinner time. This way parents can eat unhurriedly and children can play safely.
Is the facility accessible and spacious for parents and children?
The hotel’s communal areas are large and comfortable, so children can play both inside the property and in the garden.
What to do
I've never been to Riccione, can you give me some advice?
Our hotel lies in a privileged location, just 500 meters away from the center and 700 meters from the spa. Our staff will be able to give you all the information regarding the surrounding territory.

How can I request a quote without being force to book?
Making a request for an estimate is very easy and fast, you can do it directly on our website by filling in the form, sending an e-mail or contacting our booking office by phone. In order to receive the best quote faster, we kindly ask you to specify the period of your stay, number of persons, age of children or teenagers and any special requests. The staff will do their best to satisfy your requests (preferred floor, balcony, services, etc.). Needless to say, by booking in advance you’ll have more chances to choose a special room.
Can I request the location I prefer for the room?

How can I send the deposit and how do I pay for my stay?
The deposit can be sent by bank transfer indicating the booking code. You can pay for the accommodation via credit cards such as Visa, Maestro and Mastercard as well as debit cards, postpay, cashier's checks and cash.
